Although, other insurance companies continue to try to entice us to join up with them, we will probably stay with the good service we have experienced with Guide One insurance. We lived overseas for a period time and this is the insurance that picked us up with no hassle when we arrived back to the United States. We have had claims that were both our own fault and others. Each claim was settled with minimal hassle and repayment was prompt.
We previously insured with another company years ago that dropped us from their policy after one accident. I feel Guide One’s ethics are good and they take give their customers results that are owed to them. I also like the fact that they promote Christian events and will waive the deductible if an accident occurred on the way to or from a church event.
Although other companies may try to compete with a little lower pricing, I’ll pay the little more it is worth for the peace of mind I gain from knowing my insurance company is working for, and not against me.

I have been with guide one for years and in the last couple of years I have had to file both homeowners and auto claims. They are as nice as can be until it comes time to pay out on your claims. GO told me which roofing company I had to use and as a result I ended up with interior damage and in court. My agent was no where to be found. The company told the claims adjuster to try and disallow my claim for the interior damage, but he was an honest man and allowed it…he no longer works there. Then on my auto claim…the adjuster was playing the best friend roll until it came time to pay me for my injuries when I was hit by a uninsured motorist. They are NOT a christian based insurance they prey on christians because they think we are passive. The insurance is cheap because they don’t provide a loyal service.
