My insurance company as of right now is great. I haven’t had to file a claim yet, and am interested to see how they handle that situation. I was given the lowest rates possible, received discounts I didn’t even know existed to further lower my rates, and all of it was done with a person that was gladly and willing to help me. They treated me as if their business depended on it – and it does.
While I was deciding on whether or not I wanted a policy with this company, they did not hassle me and call me all of the time. When I decided I did want to go with Titan / Eastwood, it was quick, easy, and they were willing to explain every detail to me without hesitation.
