Why I Love Progressive Insurance In Ohio

I have had Progressive for 9 years. I love Progressive! They have been wonderful. I was in a car accident 7 years ago. They came out to the scene & escorted my car when it was towed. The agent visited me in the hospital & made me feel like I really mattered. They fought for me against the other insurance company because the accident was not my fault. The other company wanted to put used parts on my car & my agent told them that was unacceptable. I was pregnant & how would they feel if I was driving down the road & my tire fell off because they refused to buy new parts.
