USAA is the best insurance company on the planet. They have great rates, do not raise your rate after a claim, and even give yearly rebates to all members. Once I was approached by an agent from another company wanting to give me a quote. When I told him he could not beat my existing company he said that I should just give him a try. When I told him I was insured with USAA, he didn’t bother going any further and told me I was right, they couldn’t compete with their rates!
The customer service is beyond reproach, with every telephone contact a pleasant experience. I have had “at-fault” accidents, and they were more than fair. When we were the victim of another driver, they were very helpful advocates. Membership is limited to service members and their dependents, but it is surprising how many eligible people do not know they can get in with USAA. They can also provide homeowners’ and renters’ insurance.
They also have a fantastic bank with great rates and superior customer service as well. Heck, instead of charging you for ATM’s, etc., they give you ATM rebates on fees other banks may charge! Everyone should check out USAA.

I have had car insurance with USAA for 20+ years and am generally very pleased. The paperwork always flows smoothly and the claims I’ve filed were always handled expeditiously and fairly.
I will, however, differ with the other reviewer in one respect: other firms will, under certain circumstances, offer lower rates than USAA. It happened to me when I had the misfortune of three minor accidents in a two-year period. USAA raised my rate through the roof so I shopped around and got a significantly better rate from GEICO. I shared the GEICO quote with USAA and asked them to match it. They would not, so I switched to GEICO.
After a couple of years when the accidents started dropping off my record, I checked with USAA and they once again had a better deal. I switched back and am still there.
My guess is that if you have a clean driving record, USAA is very hard to beat. If you have accidents on your record, shop around.

We have had USAA as our auto insurance company for several years and are very happy with them. They have great rates (we have compared with other companies) and are very responsive whenever we have called them with a problem.
In addition, we get a good driver discount (in the form of a cash rebate) if we go for a certain period of time without a claim, which I think is just great. Whenever we have had to file a claim it has been handled very quickly, thoroughly, and to our satisfaction, we believe they have been very fair in their dealings with us. We currently have three vehicles insured through them, and the price is very low when compared with the competition. We have no complaints to report, USAA has worked great for us.

My wife and I have been with USAA for several years and are quite satisfied with our policy. First, their rates are very competitive even though we have had a few claims with them over the years. The claims we have submitted have always been handled quickly and professionally with none of the hassles I have experienced with other insurance companies.
For example, they do an excellent job working directly with the body shops, rental car companies, etc. to which keeps the claims process stress-free for us. The USAA website allows you to do a number of things such as bill pay, policy changes, access insurance cards, etc., but navigation can be a bit complex. Just a few weeks ago, I tried to change a credit card we used for billing and gave up in frustration. In the end, I have no major complaints with USAA; you cannot go wrong with them if you are qualified to join.

One time I accidentally drove my Volvo into a flooded street. I somehow managed to get through the puddle, although my car was severely water damaged and had two inches of water in the passenger compartment. The electronics were damaged and the car would barely run. I had it towed to a local repair shop and called USAA.
They were supposed to send an adjuster in within 48 hours, but it ended up taking them two weeks just to get someone out there. We were surprised, because we’ve always been happy with their service. They said they didn’t have enough claims adjusters and had to use subcontractors, in the meantime my case fell through the cracks. Once the adjuster looked at the car, it was only a week until the claim was resolved to my satisfaction. We still feel they are an excellent company and have some of the best rates available.
Update:
We decided we don’t want our 19 year-old son (who doesn’t live with us) on our policy and USAA automatically added him without their being asked to. They said it’s their policy to add eligible drivers to existing policies. My husband is still fighting with them and they haven’t made their decision as to whether or not he will be added against our will.
My husband advised the representative that we will switch to Liberty if they persist in this idiotic course of action.
We are becoming more and more disenchanted with USAA.

USAA is a great auto insurance company. In my opinion, their rates are very reasonable, but their plans still provide great coverage. The only complaint I would have is their towing coverage. When the timing belt on my car went out about 40 miles from home, they would only pay towing to the shop nearest where my car broke down, which was 38 miles from home. I had to pay the difference, which equaled 38 miles of towing and nearly two hundred dollars. Other than that experience, I am very pleased with USAA. Their customer service is fantastic. Their website is very simple to navigate, which makes it so much easier to add cars to my policy or take them off if I sell them. I can print off my proof of insurance right from the website, so I don’t have to wait on it to come in the mail or take the time to go to an insurance office. In my opinion, USAA is a fantastic insurance provider.

Being in the Air Force, the first thing you are told about after you get done with Basic Training is about USAA, mostly for banking, but also for their other services, which includes Auto Insurance. The reason for this is because of how good they treat their customers. I can personally attest to this, since every time I call they have been great to work with and very friendly, they truly sound like they enjoy what they do and are there to help you. I called because I had a rock go through my sunroof which needed to be replaced and even though it was not under my coverage they had a list of suggestions I had not even thought about, in turn the sunroof was fixed for under $100. Going above and beyond!

I am continuaously looking for a better priced company but have yet to find one. I have used them for an accident that was not my fault, got three price quotes, and was sent a check for the average quote within days. They are exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable in their field. I have asked how I may reduce my rates and they come up with alternatives, some I used and some I didn’t. I have used their roadside assistance for a flat tire with quick service. They also give me a rebate check once a year. I choose to paperless billing and automatic monthly payments. Because my payments are paid automatically, I do not have to pay extra fees for monthly payments. I get discounts for having homeowners insurance with them, and multi vehicles, and low travel miles to work.

I have had good experices with USAA auto coverage, but beware of their home owners coverage.
In March 2009 my roof was damaged by hail. The hailstorm was documented by the National Weather Service and USAA does not dispute the damage was caused by the hail. USAA sent an adjuster who says the roof is a total loss and must be replaced.
I have a 2% deductible on hail damage and the last appraisal on my home (this year, 2009) put the value at $158,000. That should make my deductible about $3,160, but USAA says my deductible is over $6,000. They say their figure is based on something they call Comprehensive Replacement Cost and that if my home were a total loss it would cost $306,000 to remove all debris including the foundation and completely rebuild it from the ground up.
Coincidentally their adjuster estimates it will cost right at $6,000 to replace the roof so that lets USAA off the hook and they are saying they will not pay one penny to help replace my roof.
Why they base my deductible for hail damage to the roof on the cost to completely remove my house, including the foundation, and completely rebuild it from the ground up does not make any sense to me. The only way it makes sense is if it is USAA’s way of avoiding paying any claims for roof damage and just accepting not taking care of their customers.
Beware, they’re doing it to me and I’ll bet they’re doing it to all their customers. If you have USAA insurance you need to check with them and seriously think about what happens if you need to fail a claim. If they can base your deductible on any figure they come up with rather than the actual value of your home, what’s to stop them from adjusting that figure as necessary to avoid paying any claim?
I’ve talked to several other insurance companies and am in the process of getting quotes to change insurance, but they ALL say they would not base the deductible on some imaginary future total replacement cost, but on the actual current value of the home.
I understand I have a deductible and any insurance company is not going to want to bear all the cost of repairing damage to my home, and in the past when a few shingles have blown off I’ve just gotten up there and replaced them myself, but for the cost of replacing my entire roof to be just under what they’ve inflated my deductible to be seems calculated and premeditated.

I had USAA when I was rear ended by a ( .292 blood alcohol level ) 21 year old drunk driver traveling at 80 to 90 mph. I spent a month in the hospital. USAA paid the 400K claim. It took time due to the
amount but they did not hassle me about the settlement as I had a 250K plus medical bill.
I highly recommed USAA…

USAA is icrdibily difficult to work with and you can not trust their adjusters. I had their adjuster come out to looks at my roof. Their adjust er said I had NO hail damage. I called a roofing company to look at it and they said I had lots of both old and new hail damage. The roofing company person offerred to be there when the adjuster came back out. The Usaa adjuster then showed up 3 hours early to try to avoid dealing with the roofing company person. I had the cell # of the roofing guy so fortunately he came over while the USAA adjust er was there. The roofing person said he would get up on the roof and start marking with white chalk the hail damage. Only then did USAA admit their was hail damage to the roof.
The I paid for hail resistant shingles (upgrade at my own cost). USAA is the only company that will not give a premium discount for the impact resistant shingles. State Farm, Allstate, Farmer’s do give a discount for the hail resistant shingles.
Worse yet they entered 2 claims on my CLUE report for one loss b/c they were called out 2x to look at thedamage from 1 hail storm.

My overall experience with USAA as an auto insurance company has been very positive which is why I tend to go back to them time and time again. Their website is easy to use and their agents are friendly and helpful. Many times I had to send emails through the website to ask a question and I always got a quick response, usually between one to two business days. They have a fairly easy website to use and offer multiple policy discounts. This helped save me a bundle when I purchased my new home.
Unfortunately, a year ago, the cost of my homeowners insurance went up so drastically that it was not wise economically to stay with USAA. I had to search elsewhere for an insurance company that would give me a better deal for both of my policies. I use USAA for their banking services so every six months, I return to the auto insurance quote section to see what they can offer me! So far it has not been good enough to switch back but I do believe that they offer exceptional customer service.

I would have agreed with all of the reviews given here until now. I have been with USAA for 20 years. During that 20 years, I never had an accident claim, I never got a ticket, not a penny came from their pocket. I used to rave about the company and swore I would never leave them for any other company around.
I recently have had major health problems. During this time, I received a cancelation notice, but because of being in and out of the hospital – I didn’t get it in time. I called them as soon as I saw it, which was about 8 days later, to make a payment. They told me “No”. If I want to have my account reactivated it would require payment in full. Due to my health problems, I didn’t have the full amount – maybe half at best. They refused the payment, even after I explained my situation. I pleaded with them, because I didn’t want to change companies after 20 years. They didn’t care.
I have never been so disappointed in a company as I am now. Obviously, someone else has taken over the company, and just like all the others – we are just a number to them. Twenty years of customer loyalty, 20 years of not a single claim and this is how they treat you. I went online and in 15 minutes, I had insurance, cheaper and willing to take a small downpayment. Even so, I hate it ever happened and think people should know.

I had USAA for 11 years and could not understand why my rates kept creeping higher and higher each year. When i finally called and asked they said they had a new way of calculating thier premiums and there was nothing they could do about the new rate increases. After shopping around, I found GEICO beat the rate by almost $300.00 every six months and I also got an extra benefit not offered by USAA. My vehicle is less than 15 Months old and fewer than 15K miles, so i was able to get Mechanical Breakdown Coverage for only $69.00 every six months, this was included in the price beating comparison, and much better than an extended warranty price tag. Sorry USAA will have a hard time getting my business back, I do however like the banking services.

As an active military person, I have access to USAA and I cannot Say how pleased I am with their services. For the past your I have been doing business with this company and been completely satisfied. It seems that they are more concered with retaining customers than making a profit off of them. When I was late on a payment they worked with me and reduced the bill be 30%!
They truly understand the concept of customer service. They’er rates are also absolutly amazing. For a six month premium I payed $170 for a 93 accord. I was blown away when i saw their insurance qoute. And when I filed my first claim it was an easy process and I was not hasseled at all. They will hold my patronism as long as I drive. USAA gets stars from me and I am not an easy person to please.

I had USAA for over 20 years. In 2008 I had 3 accidents. All three were as a result of my having suffered from 3 TIA’s while I was driving. The cause of the TIA’s were as a result of untreated diabities. Since I have been on insulin I have had no TIA’s. USAA cancelled me and now will not renew my policy. This is, in my opinon discriminatory and unreasonable.

I started off with a local insurance company in Illinois. They provided quality service at a good rate, but as soon as I had one accident they dropped me even though I was not at fault. After that, I tried out the major companies – Progressive, GEICO, and Allstate. They all were descent but there wasn’t much difference between them. The prices were relatively the same. The customer service was so similar that it felt as if they were using the same call center. I had become settled in paying a high monthly fee for something that I never wanted to use.
I have been an Active Duty Soldier since 2000 and in 2006 I opened up a bank account with USAA. At the time, I did not consider getting a car insurance quote because I figured that all major insurance companies were pretty much carbon copies of each other. When I got a new car in February of 2011, I immediately went with Allstate since they were the last company I had been with. I figured I would check with USAA, not really expecting to hear anything different from the $120 per month that I was paying.
At first I thought they didn’t hear me correctly. I said, “I’m sorry but I was looking for an estimate for a 2011 Buick Lacrosse.” The customer service representative chuckled slightly as if she wasn’t a stranger to a shocked response and repeated the estimate of $42/month. I asked what was left out or reduced from my current insurance – assuming that maybe I was only being quoted for liability or a greatly increased deductible. On the contrary, I was actually getting an improved policy that the one I had with Allstate.
This was one of life’s most simple decisions. I thanked her and asked her to begin my policy immediately. I don’t want to knock the other major companies. I never had a bad experience with their customer service or with a claim. They were ok. It wasn’t until I switched my auto insurance to USAA that I realized what exceptional customer service really was all about. I was recently transferred to a base in the New England. In the midst of moving and trying to make sure I took care of wrapping up my life and all the paperwork associated with it, changing my auto insurance was actually a relieving step.
They explained the policies of my new state and what changes were necessary in my auto insurance policy. It couldn’t have been simpler and I truly appreciated knowing why my policy would change and hearing about the state regulations behind the changes. I highly recommend USAA for all of their services to anyone who can take advantage of the phenomenal benefit to work with a company that truly cares about its customers.

I am a USAA member and have been ever since my husband and I got married.I’m pretty sure USAA is only for members of the military and their dependents. So, it’s not available to just anyone. The prices with USAA will surprise you, at first I couldn’t believe how low the prices where. At the time I had had 3 speeding tickets and had hit a deer, but was somehow still able to get a rate at under $100 a month with full coverage. I never thought I’d be able to afford full coverage with my driving record. I usually always had only liability.
There customer service is also very good. Whenever my husband and I’s car breaks down all we have to do is call USAA and they will ask a few questions and call the nearest tow company (or you pick the one you prefer) and get your car towed to your home or mechanic of your choice (within a certain distance) for free! I’m not sure if there are a number of times you can use this service per year before they start charging you.
I know my husband used it at least 3 times last year and he was never charged. One day when my husband was downtown he went to a few classes and came back to his car to find that it had been broken into and his stereo equipment was stolen, USAA had his window, door and stereo replaced with the exact stereo equipment and everything.
My husband just had to pay the deductible. USAA also offer more than just car insurance. The offer home loans, bank account (checking and saving) they offer renter insurance, life insurance. Basically any kind of insurance you can think of. It’s pretty much your one stop shop for things like that. I think the only downside about USAA is that they don’t have a physical claim office (at least where I live) for you to go into and speak to someone face to face to a representative or agent.
All of my husband and I’s communication with them has been either on the phone or internet, but that has never really been an issue for us. I think that everyone who has USAA available to them should go with them as your insurance provider. I am highly certain that you will not be disappointed in the price or the customer service!

So far I have had nothing but positive experiences with USAA. Someone broke one of my car windows to steal the pajamas out of my back seat (I’m seriously questioning the thief’s judgment here), and I had to call them.
I didn’t have to wait very long at all on the phone before one of their representatives answered and talked to me. I hadn’t ever called before, so I wasn’t sure to whom I needed to speak. The person on the other end of the phone listened to my problem and made sure I was transferred to the correct line–the FIRST time! So many other places don’t know where to transfer you, and you end up going in circles.
But the USAA representatives made sure that my call went to the right person right away, and then they helped me schedule a time for the glass replacement service team to come fix up my car’s window. They partner with a company here that can fix almost all glass damage right in your home, so you don’t have to bring it in to a garage and deal with the hassle of getting the receipts and sending them into the company and trying to get them to reimburse you.
None of the run-around with USAA, at least I’ve never experienced it. The second time I needed to deal with USAA was when a rock/pebble flew off a truck that was driving in front of me and hit my car. It made a small crack in my front windshield. I called them up and once again, I was fielded to the correct person the first time.
They talked to me to find out the size and placement of the crack, and then once again they helped me set up a time for the same glass repair/replacement service team to come fix my windshield. The repairman sealed the crack and even replaced my windshield wipers, and I found out that there wasn’t any cost for the repair job. My whole family uses USAA and is loyal to it, and I understand why!
I can’t remember anyone else in my family having trouble with them or with their service, and let’s just say that my mother happens to get into a lot of fender-benders and has to deal with them quite a lot over the years. I recommend USAA to anyone who’s looking for comprehensive insurance.|

USAA continues to surprise me by providing a variety of services beyond simple auto insurance coverage and claims processing. Having sold cars and seen how easy it is for several customers to make a purchase after USAA has pre-negotiated their deals or sorted out quickly their transportation needs after an auto claim has been filed. After becoming their customer for auto insurance, I happily added renters and then home owners insurance as well as several investments with USAA. Every time I have seen the company make the process easier than I could have imagined and the service incredibly great

USAA has been my insurance for myself and most of my family. I personally have held a policy with them since the early 90′s. In the time that I have had USAA, I have had to file claims for various and sundry things.
A car that I owned was involved in a small accident in which my son was at fault. USAA paid the claim to the other person, calling to ask a few questions about the accident a few days after it happened, and made sure that my son was physically ok.
Years later, in a rare snowstorm in Dallas, I was rear-ended by a lady who then tried to leave the scene of the accident. I opened my door and she stopped. I went to her car and got her drivers’ license information. She then left the scene as I walked back to the car. I called USAA right then and there, and they were able to track her down and filed the claim against her and she had no auto insurance. USAA let me file under my uninsured/underinsured part of my policy. When my policy came up for renewal, USAA did not increase my rates.
Another good thing about USAA is that they really do care about their policy holders. When I needed a copy of my insurance for my car to get into a place where you had to show proof of insurance, USAA faxed them a copy and stayed on the phone with me to make sure that the fax was received. It is that kind of service that makes me stay with USAA.
GEICO called me several years ago to tell me that they could save me money with their insurance vs. USAA. I told them that they may save me money, but they could not give me the level of service that I had come to expect from USAA. The man tried to persuade me, but his quote was several hundred dollars more than USAA.

I have had a policy with USAA for several years now, and I have never had a problem with them. When I need to make a change to my policy, I give them a call and within minutes, my new vehicle is insured and ready to go. I love that they can e-mail you your documents so that you can drive immediately, no waiting. When my family fell on hard times, I called them and they were more than willing to work with me on a payment arrangement that would satisfy everyone.
They have great rates, great customer service representatives, and always make you feel like you can trust them. You are a more than a policy to USAA, you are family.

I would highly recommend USAA as an insurer! I recently received a notice from the state of Maryland saying that I needed proof of insurance, which I supplied. I then got a notice saying my insurance had lapsed at some point.
I contacted USAA who worked for two days with the MVA and discovered that a change in license plates had caused the confusion and that my insurance had never lapsed. The USAA representative’s thoroughness and dedication saved me hundreds of dollars in fines!

USAA has been the best company I could find. Not only is the company doing a great service by making things easier for service members, they go above the beyond when it comes to support, pricing, and convenience. I got quotes at almost every auto insurance company I could think of. Some of the prices were completely outrageous.
For example, Allstate advertises that it helps young people. Even though I have a perfect driving record they refused me insurance. Companies like Framers, 21st Century, Progressive, and Esurance quoted me double what USAA did. Even though USAA does not have witty commercials with promises to lower your rate, they are the only company I found that follows through with this promise. Every time I call USAA the customer service is amazing. The people are friendly and I don’t wait on hold. When asking if you want additional services from USAA they are not annoying and the particular product they are advertising is always something desirable. I had an issue with a price change on my policy and the representative apologized and promptly explained the price difference which to my surprise was even in my favor, they had lowered my rate!
Even though they do not have a local branch I have never had an issue contacting them or managing my account. The website is a little confusing but when I cannot find something a representative can tell you where it is without hesitation. They have mastered the set up for remote banking and insurance services. I even got a discount on my new car for using their auto insurance. While at the dealer they walked me through the entire process of setting up my policy and explained every portion of it.
Those other companies brag about their same day auto insurance, well USAA provided that for me. I purchased a car, the insurance, and drove off the lot on the same day. Finally, to put the icing on the cake I know I can feel comfortable that if I deploy USAA will have my back not only with my auto insurance, but with all of my other finances too.
Overall, I feel like choosing USAA was the best auto insurance choice I could have made. It gives me piece of mind and costs way less than the competition. Their customer service is a pleasure to work with and I trust that they will follow through if I ever have any major issues

USAA auto insurance is available to military, post military, dependents of military, etc. We have never been in the military but since my husband was covered by this policy when he was a dependent of his father who was in the army, we have been able to hold the insurance for over 25 years now. It didn’t matter that he was no longer a dependent.
I felt that this was a great policy and feel that being able to utilize this exceptional company is a privilege. Though we have only had a few claims in all these years, the once we have had were major. When both of our vehicles were badly damaged in a hail storm the adjuster was very quick to respond despite the large number of claims in the area.
There was no delay in figuring fair compensation for the damage and we were free to chose the repair company of our choice no matter where the estimate was done. Cost is perhaps the next benefit of this provider. Though we consider service to be our number one priority, having a fair and competitive rate is also very important to us. USAA’s rates are some of the lowest if not the lowest in the business. They also offer discounts for good driving records and age of the driver.
Even younger drivers can benefit through programs that offer lower rates for good students and good driving records. USAA seems to base their prices on fair predictors of risk instead of set in stone age categories. They may be a bit more strict on continuing coverage for very poor driving records and repeated tickets or accidents in a short time period, but overall they offer coverage to most drivers. Military families can also provide their dependent children the option of continuing coverage under USAA even after they are on their own, wether they join the military or not.
This reaches quite a broad population and opens up opportunities for other types of insurance products from USAA such as home owner’s insurance or even banking. USAA members receive significant discounts to many types of services such as hotels and rental cars. Often this discount is more than AAA discounts. There are also added options to USAA members for travel such as car upgrades or amenities on rental cars.
When traveling our USAA insurance will completely cover our rental car as well and makes it possible to decline the often inflated rental company insurance policies. In my mind there is no better car insurance option than USAA for my family. We get very low rates and top notch perks everywhere we are on the road. I would give this company five stars and my compliments on a job well done.

When I turned 16 my father put me on his insurance plan with USAA. USAA is only available to Veterans and their families, and it is a very fortunate thing to be able to utilize this wonderful company. Ever since I first started driving they have always provided me with comprehensive coverage and very low rates. However it is the customer service that really sets them apart.
When you call USAA, you not only get a real human being on the phone, but you get a thoroughly professional human being who is well trained and extremely pleasant to speak with. Transactions with USAA are always handled efficiently, and with a level of kindness that you just do not find with other companies. My sister is also a customer and she had to file a claim with them after being involved in an accident.
She hit a deer on the road and was not very upset, not just by the damage to her car but by the death of the poor animal she struck. USAA not only did a wonderful job in processing her claim, but they sympathized with her and helped her to feel better. In fact, a few days after the accident, her agent even took the time to call her personally just to see how she was doing.
They also kept her premiums from skyrocketing as a result. My coverage with USAA extends not only to my car but also to my home and life insurance. I would never think of using any other company, and regret the fact that my children will not be able to take advantage of their program. My personal car insurance plan includes 24 hour a day road side service.
One day when I was leaving work my car would not start. USAA had a tow truck over to the parking lot within 20 minutes. In an hour, I was home and my car was in the shop getting fixed for the next day. It was almost like a very terrible thing never happened at all. A few years ago I had a pretty serious accident where my car was almost totaled. USAA walked me through the claim process, and stuck up for me. They made sure that my rates would not be affected and were so kind and understanding.
When you are a USAA customer you simply do not worry about being on the road. With my job I travel quite a bit, and despite the fact that my car is pretty old, I never worry about a thing. I know they are always right around the corner to lend a helping hand.

I will never switch from USAA. I have been with them since I was 16 years old, I’m 29 years old now. Over the last 13 years, I have been treated fairly and like I matter during each and every interaction with the company.
I have been in several accidents during the time I’ve been with them and they have been easy to deal with. When it was not my fault, they were diligent about helping and the time that it was my fault, I was treated kindly. I even had an incident where there was a dispute. It was between us and someone who happened to also be a member.
At first glance, it appeared we had damaged another vehicle. I was sure that we hadn’t. Instead of just paying out because they would have either way because we were both their client, they thoroughly investigated the situation. It turned out that I was correct and had not in fact caused the damage to the other car. Another company might have not taken the time and my rates would have been raised through no fault of mine. They answer my questions and are always friendly too. They also have the best rates of anyone I’ve seen. I haven’t had any big increases, even after an accident.
They make things extremely convenient, offering phone and web assistance. You can use their website to change your policy or easily check new rates if you have a change or are thinking of buying a new car. You can also file auto claims online. You can even go on and order services that are completely covered, like a cracked windshield. I have used this site to have them send a contracted technician out. It is so easy and you don’t pay a penny out of pocket.
They ask for feedback after interactions and invite honest answers, good or bad so that services can be improved when possible or necessary. You also get discounts for using their company, like rental car discounts and perks. They also have programs where you can buy vacations, cars, jewelry etc and get a discount for being with the company. Best of all, you can have them for many different services.
They offer home, personal property, contents, renters and life insurance. They also have banking and financing for loans. This company offers so many different products that any consumer who is able to take advantage of them is better off. Last but not least, they refund some of what you pay every year when they have a year where they don’t pay out as much. It isn’t big check but it is refreshing to get money back from an insurance company. I highly recommend USAA to those who are eligible.
