I’ve always had great service with State Farm. I’ve been lucky enough to not need to use it for any accidents. However, each time I talk to a representative, they always make sure that I am happy. They take special care to see if there are any services that can be added to my account. I was able to include my renter’s insurance and lower my overall bill thanks to the suggestion of a representative. They keep me informed on a quarterly basis of the status of my account. I am pleased with my service.|Reliable service and representatives.

I had been a State Farm client for 18 years. I purchased a house and I found Nationwide had a better rate, so I switched my auto insurance from State Farm to Nationwide. I just found out that SF has been auto withdrawing my account for the past 8 months and that my vehicle was double covered. I contacted SF and my agent submitted for a refund of the premiums for the past 8 months, but the head office denied her twice. So I’m out approx $800. The woman who cancelled my insurance doesn’t work there anymore to show proof. 18 years of being a customer and this is how I get repaid. I didn’t have single wreck…so technically I paid them roughly $20000 over the past 18 years and this is how they repay me. Thanks SF!

have been with State Farm Insurance for about a year. I changed insurance companies about a year ago, as I was fed up with the constant rate increases. I have found that this must be par for the course, as State Farm does the same. I have not had any reason to contact them for a claim. However, there was suspicious activity on my bank card, so my bank cancelled my card and issued me a new one. I called my insurance agent’s office and told them I needed to give them a new card number. They said that I would have to come in immediately and show them my card, in person. Well, I was sick and couldn’t go in right that minute! They reluctantly took my card # over the phone and processed my payment in a few days. The payment went through with no problem. Then the calls started that I MUST come in and show them my card. I did go to their office and took care of the matter. This matter which could have been settled over the phone in the first place.I also inquired about getting my rate reduced due to the fact that I work at home, and use my car very little. They told me that State Farm now considers work and pleasure the same, and they would not reduce my rate. The only way to get my rate reduced was have a device placed on my car that measures how I drive and my car usage, but that it is only reviewed yearly, and a 10% decrease was the best I could hope for in the forseeable future. I will stay with them until I have more time to shop for cheaper coverage.

I like State Farm a great deal. Their prices are fair for what they offer. My wife and I each have a car insured under the same account. Whenever I’ve had a problem in the past, I have been able to get my agent on the phone very quickly to take care of it. I get reimbursed for towing, which has come in handy on several occasions. One benefit that I have is that I have multiple insurance services bundled with State Farm, so I get a discount on my car insurance, making the price fairly reasonable. My only issue is that they are a little pricey compared to some other insurance companies. I understand that you get what you pay for – a cheaper company will provide cut-rate insurance. But I think State Farm could be just a bit more competitive from a price standpoint. I have set a fairly high deductible in order to get my rates down to a point where I can easily afford them, but this has led to paying out of pocket for minor dings and issues. For instance, someone backed into my wife’s car in a parking lot and drove off. Whoever it was sideswiped the mirror, which we now have to replace. Its less than the deductible, so we are paying for it. In the same year, an object fell off of a pickup truck that I was behind and cracked my windshield. Since it was a different car, the deductible wasn’t any closer to being paid off and we also had to cover that. However, I think if anything major happened, State Farm would have my back. I’ve been with them since I started driving 20 years ago, and have never had any serious issues

I was in a big accident and my insurance doubled. I expected my insurance to go up but for it to doable and be placed on high risk I think is ridiculous. I have not had an accident since 1998. In addition, when I obtained State Farm insurance back in 2012 the agent talked me into getting their road side assistance service. I’ve always had AAA for roadside assistance and switched. Beware! Every time you call for road side assistance they count that as a claim. That little bit of information was never told.

I have had State Farm insurance for over 16 years. So far I have had mostly a positive experience with them. My insurance agent is a very nice lady who gets back to be with all my questions very quickly. I’ve had one car accident while with this company and they took good care of me. They got a tow truck out to me quickly and also quickly sent a check for the Kelly Blue Book amount of my car, which was totaled in the accident. The only negative I will give them is that my husband was hit by a lady in a parking lot while backing out her car. She damages our rear bumper and it cost $750 to fix. Our deductible was $500 which we had to pay upfront and really didn’t have the money to spare at that time. The woman who hit my husband at the time admitted it was her fault, but when she filled out her claim, she told them it was my husband’s fault. This delayed us getting back our $500 deductible for over a year and a half until it could be proven that it was, indeed, this woman’s fault. I felt that our insurance adjuster didn’t fight for us and we called several times to see where the case was and sometimes didn’t get calls back. They acted very irresponsibly and unprofessionally on this claim, not like they did with the accident that I was in years before. It made us want to change insurance companies but, unfortunately, they were still the least expensive insurance company around, so we had no choice but to stay with them.

My husband and I use State Farm for our insurance needs. We have had car insurance through them for several years now. I honestly believe them to be one of the best there is. We got a great deal and every time we call with a question or concern we are attended to immediately. I like the staff in our local office. The receptionist is nice and our insurance guy always makes us feel at ease. As of right now we have two cars with insurance through State Farm. We have one with full coverage and one with minimum coverage since we do not use it as much and it’s probably going to be retired permanently soon. It was easy and pretty much painless to add a second car, really our main car now, to our insurance. Luckily we have never had any major issue that we have had to deal with but I am certain that if we were ever in a crisis or something needed to be done right away we would have no issues in dealing with this company. I have recommended this place a few times to friends and family and every time I hear back from them it’s always the same thing – that this is a great company and they get the best deals from them. I will probably stick with State farm for a long time. I can picture myself years down the road and still have insurance with this great company. I cannot recommend it enough

I have been with State Farm Insurance for about 7 years. I do it through the Karin Cook Agency in Morganton North Carolina. They are great and very personable. I have had two claims since i used them. One was for hail damage, where they wrote me a check for $3000 on the spot. The other was my fault and they paid the claim. Really very easy and the price is great. I have no problem in calling my agent and I know that she will always call me back. I also have my other insurance with them and get a discount when I bundle them with the Auto. We have two older cars, and have full coverage. The money is drafted from my account and I do not even miss it. I like the way they also send me information on other choices and how to lower the payment. They are very smart and are from the area. State Farm is a very large company but the local agent makes me feel at home and comfortable. I feel like they are a local company. I also never feel embarresed to ask them any questions and they always get back to me. I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. I see no reason to swtich.

I’m very happy with State Farm Insurance. The rates are reasonable and the customer service can’t be beat. My local agent is very easy to get a hold of and always available to answer questions. The one time I had to file a claim it was very easy and went smoothly. I also like that I have roadside assistance for just a few bucks a month

I had auto insurance with Amica for years. I only had one claim. It was the other drivers fault and my car was totalled. No one was injured. Amica actually gave me more than I thought they would for my car and I was highly satisfied. There was one problem though, they gave notice and did not renew anyone who lived in my area (a coastal area). So I went from being highly please to being rather displeased within a short period of time.

I had to get some insurance fast and there is a State Farm office nearby, so I just went up there and talked to them. They were very helpful so I got the same auto coverage that I had had before with Amica, plus the same general type of homeowners coverage that I had had with Amica. The total annual cost was more than $300.00 less than when I was with Amica and this was a very pleasant surprise.

I have been with State Farm for about 8 years now and have adjusted my policies a couple of times as my lifestyle has changed. That office is still nearby and I go there once a year to see if I should make any changes. I have gotten quotes from other companies from time to time, but no one has ever given a quote low enough to get me to switch. It is too much trouble to change policies for only a small decrease in premiums. Since I live only about 4 miles from this State Farm office, I suppose that is actually a large factor in my continued doing business with them. |If it ain’t broke, then don’t fix it. I have stayed with State Farm.|

Over the years, I grew tired of my previous insurance company (Alfa) continuing to go up on premiums. Many times the percentage increases were greater than 20%. I finally started searching and found a new State Farm Agent, Andrew Myers, in my area. His office was extremely attentive to my needs. I needed four different policies since we have two cars, a travel trailer, and a home. They did an especially good job of comparing not only the cost but all aspects of the benefits coverage. Once all the policies were created, they were able to provide easy ways for the payments to be automatically drafted from my checking account, while the homeowner’s payment is managed through the escrow account of our mortgage.

It’s been about eighteen months since we made the change. State Farm provides the type of coverage that we are seeking. We have not had the need to file a claim yet, so I cannot speak to their claims processing, but word of mouth comments from our friends who have State Farm have been positive.

My auto insurance is with State Farm Auto. My agent is very good and the company is great. I have had to file two claims in about 5 years and never had a problem. They even have lowered my rates without me even asking. I pair my auto with my home and get a discount. The bottom line is that State Farm is a great national company. They have been in business for many years and they have great professional service.

You may pay a few dollars more per month but you really get treated like you are on the red carpet. You always have an agent you speak with and a local office you can go see if you have a problem. We had a hail storm about 2 years ago and they set up a place where you could take your car and get it inspected. We had a check for the damages in about 10 minutes. It was so fast and easy. I also have life insurance with them which is great. The more products you get the more discounts you can have.

They also come off as very professional. Their agents are very well educated and you can tell they are in control of their offices. You do not feel like you are dealing with a large mega corporation due to the personal service from the local agents. I highly recommend them and have no desire to switch to someone else even if the price might be discounted.

I have been with State Farm for about a decade now. When I first shopped around for a new car insurance company, I looked around for the which company would benefit me the most as well as suit my needs. State Farm happened to be that company. And for the past decade, I’ve been very happy with them. Fortunately for me, I have not had the need to use my insurance company all that much. I havee never been in an accident my entire life and hope that trend continues. I’ve been pretty responsible thoughout the years as a driver.

The only time I have had to use my State Farm insurance is when I’ve needed to get a repair done on my car due to wear and tear and when there has been an unavoidable incident. There have been times when I have seen bumps and dents on my car due to shopping carts in the parking lot hitting my car. And in all cases, my policy has been wonderful in regards to taking care of my needs with the best financial help possible.

State Farm’s customer service has been amazing as well. Even though my previous insurance company never gave me any issues, the customer service at State Farm has always been professional and very willing to help me out with my questions and issues. Even after all these years, my policy prices has been really affordable. I would recommend State Farm to all my friends and family. And I also definitely will be sticking with State Farm for the next couple years.

I have been with State Farm for about 6 years. They have my auto, home and life insurance. I also have work insurance with them. The auto insurance is very good price. I have always been happy with the service that I have gotten from them. They are very easy to get in touch with and always are there to help.

I have two cars on the policy and get a good discount for that. I could probably save a few dollars with cheaper company but i do not think I would get the same level of service. I have only made one claim in the 6 years. It was for hail damage and I was very happy with that. They gave me a check for $3,000 after about 10 minutes of claim review. Also my rates did not go up because of that.

I also have a local agent that I know and can call with any questions that I have. I feel like I can call her 24 hours if there was a major emergency or something that needed resolved quickly. Again I am very happy with State Farm and that is the reason they have my business. I also like the idea of having a major national brand and they have been in business for many years. I also have bought and sold several cars while having their insurance and they can transfer the coverage with just one simple phone call. I have never had a problem getting them to do that.

They also have lowered my premiums because i have not had any tickets in a long time. Very good company and great customer service.

I found State Farm while shopping for a cheaper insurance, and they were the best rate I could find. They also had a local office which seemed convenient until they started calling me all the time trying to get me into the office to make sure “they were meeting my needs” I had bought a car on a Saturday and tried to go online to update my policy and couldn’t, I had to call the main office and they sent the info to my local agent and didn’t update my policy. I had to call the local office Monday and finally they updated my policy. I would like to see the ability online to make changes the process seemed outdated and didn’t like the hand off from main office to the local. Also their iPhone app is horrible. I would like to see the ability to do more from the app then view my policy and make a payment. I haven’t had to file a claim so im not sure how that is with them, but overall I am satisfied with State Farm they seem to be a solid, trustworthy company.

If you have a total loss and you have State Farm as your insurance, let me just say I am Sorry. You can’t rely on one “team” to handle your information, I don’t even think my agent knows what’s going on. I got into an accident January 9th and this settlement still (Feb. 10th) has not been resolved. First of all, they told me they sent paperwork to me to fill out and never did, until I called back and their response was “We are sorry, for some reason they never sent it.” Basically I waited a week for nothing. Today I call to see if they received my paperwork (which I sent a week ago) and one representative told me they were still working on it and to wait another week so I called again and another told me they were sending out a check to toyota financial today. Does anyone know what they are doing? Am I just another number from all the claims they get?Because that’s sure what it feels like. Apart from losing my car, Statefarn has not made this process of handing over the title any less stressful. I can’t rely on someone to give me accurate information. I am very disappointed with how Statefarm has handled my claim and I know I am not the only one they have to deal with, but at least give me that respect of knowing whats going on. This insurance may work for some people, but my experience with this insurance has been terrible and would not recommend it to anyone.

I have been a customer of State Farm for over 20 years. They were the auto insurance agency that my parents had and I automatically went with them when I turned 16 and got my driver’s license. Once I was finally off of my parent’s insurance and I purchased my own vehicle, I still remained a loyal customer.

I’ve never had any issues with State Farm at all. I not only use them for my auto insurance, but also for my homeowners insurance which offers a discount when you combine. They offer discount incentives the longer you remain a customer, which is also nice. I am always able to speak to a live person when I call the office with any questions and my questions are always answered pleasantly and to my satisfaction. I’ve had to call them in a pinch when my husband needed to be towed to get information about what would be covered with our roadside assistance, and they were more than helpful.

I have also never had any issues when we needed minor things covered with our insurance such as dings in the windshield and needed a windshield replacement. They are affordable and are always willing to work with me if I come up on a situation where I may not be able to make my monthly payment on time. I enjoy their online bill pay to pay my monthly bill because my payments are made automatically and are effective immediately. I have moved a few times over the last 20 years and every State Farm branch I have dealt with has always been the same. The agents are friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to help in any way they can. I really enjoy having State Farm as my auto insurance agent.

Unfortunately I had to use the insurance this year, because I was in a crash. I was rear-ended, and I suffered a slight injury that I did not receive any medical treatment for. I was very happy with the job that State Farm did processing the claim.

First, and probably the most important, they were responsive. Someone called me immediately. The agent was friendly, and understanding, even though she must deal with people who are shaken up all the time. She helped explain everything to me, and was very patient. She helped me arrange for a place to take my vehicle, and helped me find the place closest to my house, and make an appointment so that I could have my vehicle repaired.

The repair was done quickly and State Farm paid for the entire thing. Then, even though I chose not to seek medical treatment, the agent explained the process to me in case I decided to change my mind. They also sent a follow-up letter so that I could understand the process in case I had any additional claims. I also appreciated that they were very honest about the time frames to make sure I got the claim filed on time.

With this insurance, I’m not always sure the way they come up with the rate. They say that they have their own way for determining my credit score. My credit score is very good, but the insurance company has their own way of figuring it, which is lower. That I don’t understand, because I feel that it unfairly increases my rates. I’m told that this is something that all insurance companies do, but I wish they would just base it on my actual credit score. All in all I am happy with them as an insurer.

My husband and I are covered for auto insurance by State Farm. We have been with them for more than ten years and could not be more satisfied with them. We have two cars, one of which is covered by just the bare minimum. Our new car, a Fusion, has full coverage. We were originally quoted at a higher price but come to find out that we had been over quoted and we received a check back after the first payment. I was surprised and happy. We are always treated with respect and actually like going to our local office. The front desk lady is really sweet and our insurance guy is always nice and polite. When we got our new car we were weighing our options and decided to go with State Farm because we had already been with them for years. We already knew that they were reliable and would take care of us if anything did happen. We looked into a few different places but they did not have the same feel as Sate farm. That was basically a feeling of family and friends. Our insurance guy welcomes us every time we see him. I even like how we see him outside of the office (small community) and he is the same nice and friendly guy. I like State Farm because of the consistency and reliability we get. I would not go with another company at this point. I feel like a part of the State Farm Family.

There is always good and bad when it comes to any insurance company. I will start off with the good. State Farm is a large company with small town service. My agent knows me and is always willing to see or talk to me whatever my concerns. I recently tried to switch to a cheaper insurance carrier and got denied after I paid them and cancelled my State Farm policy. Luckily they took me back and was very pleasant about the situation. They saved me a little money but I learned that good insurance will cost a little more. And I am willing to pay more for the kind of service that I get from them. Now the bad. Not really much other than the price is a little higher than some other carriers. Like I said though, because of their service and coverage I am willing to pay more

I have not had a single negative experience with my auto insurance provider, Statefarm. While I have not had a high level of need, my windshield was cracked while I was driving. Unfortunately, a rock was thrown from a dump truck and struck my car. I called my representative as soon as I got home, and he provided me with all the information I needed.

The only drawback I experienced, was that I still needed to call another person within the organization (auto glass claim specialist) to finalize my claim. I had the work done with OEM materials and received a check from Statefarm about a week later.

While this has been the only actual need, I have had several positive experiences with the organization. In addition to providing insurance at a great price, the representative I have worked with is a great person. About every two months, he’ll give me a call and make sure everything is going alright. He has never tried to upsell me, and has never pushed a specific product unless I have inquired on the subject. Due to this great service, I decided to stick with Statefarm for my home insurance, as well personal items insurance to cover my wife’s engagement and wedding rings. Throughout my employment of Statefarm’s services, I can honestly say that my representative went out of his was to make sure I was completely satisfied. There aren’t many organizations I deal with for which I can state that. If anyone is shopping for a new provider, I completely recommend Statefarm for every aspect of the job.

I currently have State Farm Auto Insurance. I have had them for about three years now and overall I would say they are ok. I feel like their customer service and price lacks however I cannot com

ment on the claims process because I have never had an accident. With that being said I am very disappointed that my insurance has only gone up the longer that I have had it. I would think the older I get with NEVER having any accidents and no speeding tickets that my insurance would drop however it only has continued to rise. I like the fact that they have a local office and you work with an agent however because of this sometimes service is difficult.

I had difficulty with them over charging me when I changed coverage and when calling my agent they directed me to the State Farm main customer service who then directed me to my agent. It took two month and multiple calls and finally escalating my issue to a manager to resolve the situation. The situation was resolved however instead of refunding my overdrawn funds they would only offer a credit on my account. It would not have been a huge issue except for the fact that they were withdrawing double what my payments were for two months straight so it was quite a big different in the amount of money I had. I have been on auto draft the entire time I have been insured with them and that definitely makes payments so much easier. I get new cards in the mail automatically every couple of months or so.

I have been pretty pleased overall with State Farm. Currently, I have my auto and homeowner’s policy with them. I really like all the resources State Farm offers to its customers. For example, their website and phone app are extremely helpful. You can find all kinds of information, change up your policies, and even make claims using them.

Also, you can set up a payment plan for your policies so that you pay one monthly payment instead of paying every six months, which is very convenient as well. I have had one homeowner’s claim and two auto claims with State Farm. I can honestly say that the claim process is very efficient and pleasant. They pretty much help you with every step in the process and make everything as painless as possible. Also, they pay on the claims rather quickly. Every person I spoke with was helpful and courteous. As for the rates, I think they are pretty competitive.

I have a 2013 Malibu and I pay about $110/month for $500 deductible on collision and $0 deductible on comprehensive. I recently compared rates on my auto insurance, and I found that State Farm was actually cheaper than most major competitors. Also, the discounts offered for multiple policies is great. The only complain I have is that your rates DO go up if you have claims…almost immediately. I hit two deer in my car this year, and my auto insurance payment went up about $10 a month. I can see the rates going up for a collision, but I don’t really think it’s fair for an “act of God” so to speak. Anyway, I would give State Farm a good rating overall, and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I have been insured with State Farm for almost 35 years. They are the only insurance company I have ever used. They cover all of my vehicles and also cover my home. State Farm has always given me good pricing and I have the flexibility to pay my premiums by the month.

I have never had any type of issue or a problem when filing a claim. They make the whole thing pretty painless which is what you want when you are already upset over damage to your property. Regardless of what type of claim I have filed State Farm has always responded immediately and usually there has been an adjuster to look at the damage within 24 hours. One time I filed a claim on a car that was paid for and they came to my house and wrote the estimate and a check was in the mail the next day! They have always given me multiple options on where I would like to have my vehicle repaired.

One of the best things I like about State Farm is that they do not try and hassle me into taking out extra coverage on things I do not need. They let me be the one to contact them if I need anything. I have heard stories from people over the years that said they did not like State Farm and for the life of me I can’t understand why because I have never had a bad experience with them. They offer multiple discounts for more coverage and have even left my premiums alone when I had an at fault accident.

State Farm is a 5 star company in my opinion and I would recommend anyone that is shopping for insurance to give their local State Farm agent a call.

They have always been reliable. When I was in an accident they paid repair and medical bills quickly. They looked at the damage to the car and gave me a check immediately after. I gave them a copy of my hospital bill and they gave me a check right there. They didn’t quibble or argue and were very nice and helpful. The whole process was easy and convenient and I was so stressed out but they quickly put me at ease. The agent and his staff have always been very nice and actually work to find me the best deal on my insurance rates. They are never late sending new insurance cards and replace a lost one very quickly. They give refunds when your cost to insure goes down instead of keeping the difference like most companies. I really love it when I get money back. They have very competitive prices and I have checked out other companies but State Farm always wins out for me. They have a policy for everything I can imagine and they bundle them up to make them affordable. They have offices everywhere so finding help wherever I am is no problem. They have a nice website as well. It offers a “QuickQoute” feature though I have gotten my quotes at the office. They also offer financial products and you can open a checking account with their online bank and there are no fees for the checking account. That is becoming a rarity these days. They offer loans too. You can even get identity theft insurance from them. The agent even sends a nice Christmas card each year which I think is a thoughtful touch. It is a quality card too, not the cheap things other companies have sent me. I have been with State Farm for years now and have no plans to switch to any other companies.

Sorry to hear about your accident. Yes, you are required to drive with insurance, but whether a driver has insurance or not does not affect the outcome of a claim. If there were police officers present at the accident, he would have been cited for not having car insurance, but not for causing the accident.

State Farm is not what it is cracked up to be. I went with them (even though the rates were a little higher) because of the name, but there is more to an insurance company than a name. From the claims department not returning my calls for days, to a joke of a payout on my 3 year old totaled car I have been dissatisfied. How can you replace a car that the dealerships are selling (same year, make model with similar mileage) that cost $4,200 more than what the company is paying me? I thought they were obligated to put you back where you were prior to the loss.

I have been with State Farm for many years now. The first thing I can tell you is that State Farm is very willing to work with you. First, their rates are very competitive with other companies. You can shop around and find similar places but you probably will not find customer service as good as the customer service that State Farm provides. About a year ago, I lost my job and was extremely worried about making all of my payments. I called up State Farm and explained the situation to them. They were extremely friendly and were more than willing to work with me. We ended up coming up with a very good payment plan so I could have some money left over for food, etc. and still pay for my insurance. I was so pleased with the way that State Farm handled this situation. In addition, State Farm is very good at communicating. Whenever I need something, they call me back right away and always have a good answer. When I needed my insurance cards they called me right away and then sent them to me. I love their customer service and have had wonderful experiences with them. If you are looking for an insurance company with great competitive rates, State Farm is a great company to choose. You really cannot put a price on customer service when it comes down to it.

My family has been a part of State Farm Auto Insurance for at least 3 generations and we’ve never had any problems with it. Claims are processed quickly and without headache on our part, even when the other driver isn’t insured. We’ve always been able to get our vehicle fixed quickly and let our agent worry about getting the other driver to pay. I haven’t had to file a claim yet, but I anticipate it going smoothly as well.

Our agent has always done whatever he can to keep our premiums low. For instance, when my mom moved out of her parents house, her State Farm agent allowed her to continue to get a multi-car discount even though she only had one car because her parents were with State Farm and her driving record was excellent. When my brother and I joined, he once again configured our drivers and cars to give us the best price. When I bought my own car and separated to my own policy, I was also given an excellent rate, cheaper than anywhere else.

I was very impressed that State Farm’s website readily recognized my information when I was researching insurance companies and applied many of the discounts I ultimately received without my doing much more than entering my name and birthdate. My boyfriend recently switched to State Farm and is saving $100 a month on his auto and home insurance even with a less than stellar driving record. I don’t use any of the modern technologies that are available on smartphones to begin a claim, but they seem easy enough to use and comparable to any other company’s.

I had a very positive with my insurance company recently. Last month, I took my car into the Honda dealership to get my battery replaced. When one of the technicians was inspecting my car for damages, she noticed that my windshield had a dent in it. She asked me if I wanted to get it repaired and I agreed to her proposal. In order to proceed, she asked that I call my insurance to file a claim. I thought it was going to be a painful process to call in and submit a claim with an insurance company, but the process went smooth as ice. The female representative on the phone basically asked me three questions: 1) when did you discover the damage on your car, 2) how do you think the damage happened, and 3) would you like to get it repaired immediately. Too easy! As soon as I was done with the questions, I passed my phone over to the technician so they could talk about the claim in further details. The conversation didn’t take that long either as it took them only 5 minutes before they were done. After, the technician asked me to go into the waiting and wait for the repair to be completed. About 10 minutes later, my car windshield was restored to mint condition and off I went.

I’m really glad that I have State Farms as my insurance because their customer service is awesome and painless. I wish I could say the same for my former insurance company.

I actually do not remember my first auto insurance company, probably because they were so expensive. After spending about a week researching different auto insurance companies to get the most affordable rates, state farm was the only auto insurance company in my area or city that offered me the best and most affordable rate and coverage.

My state farm agent is very patient, kind, and extremely helpful. I told him I was starting nursing school soon and going through a difficult time financially where I would eventually lose my job in order to attend school, and originally he came up with about $110 a month for my auto insurance payment. I believe the premium was around 600 or so. This plan worked out so well for me when I was still employed.

However, when I lost my job and started nursing school, I called my agent back and told him if he can help me out with a cheaper plan and he was very helpful as usual. He ended up taking off a lot of the unnecessary coverages that I did not need and just made sure I had the most important and basic coverage for my car. He saved me about $30 to $40 on my monthly bill and that made me very happy because every penny did count for me. I never have any issues with state farm and usually if I do not understand anything I usually speak with my agent and he is always willing to help out.

My experience with state farm is very pleasant and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for affordable auto insurance.

Every rep I’ve talked with has a different story. a different percentage figure. the list goes on and on. Ive recently spoke to two attorneys who are looking into this situation.

I can only speak good things about State Farm. I was previously with Progressive Auto Insurance and everything was fine until it was time to renew my policies. Every year it kept going up despite me not getting in any accidents or getting any tickets. I called them and asked them why this was the case and they told me that my area that I love in is high risk for accidents so that was the main reason why my insurance is going up. That’s definitely not fair for a four year policy holder so it was time for a change.

After calling around and not having too much luck, a family member suggested State Farm. After excellent customer service and receiving a quote from them, I was hooked. They offered me auto insurance and a life insurance policy that was cheaper than just the auto insurance with Progressive. I’ve had State Farm for a little over a year now and couldn’t be happier. My insurance payments have already dropped after a year and that never happened with Progressive.

The customer service is awesome also. Every time I have a question about my policy or want to change something to my policy, my State Farm agent always helps me and makes things so much easier. They explain things to where you don’t have any questions. They inadvertently answer them.

State Farm has been relatively reliable. I have got into a fender bender once and had 2 speeding tickets. Finally I ended up totaling my car in order to not getting into a wreck with other cars. this has been over the span of 7 years. I feel like my record isn’t the worst. However I’m certainly paying for it via my insurance.

They handled my claim very well when my car got totaled and paid off my previous loan and since my car was worth more than what I owed at the time I was given a check for the difference that went toward my new car. The company has been reliable but I feel that they are pricey. I have multiple line discount, good student discount, as well as a discount for being with the company for the last 7 years and it still is more than a grand for every 6 months.

Typically my local agent has always been nice and personable with the exception of my current agent as I went in to meet with her and she acted like I was just another person.

I love my insurance company. I have been with them since I first started driving. I receive multiple discounts, for things I never would have suggested. My agent will even call and let me know if there is a new one available for me. They are always available if I am in need of them. They have even gotten a front windshield replaced for me at no out of pocket cost. As far as the rate goes, it is the lowest I have found after much shopping around.

They are also willing to work with me on paying, whether I want monthly payments, or to pay for several months in advance. By signing up for online auto payments, the gave me yet another discount. While I do not have the highest package with them,mi am always treated like I am their number one customer.

I can call any time of day, or stroll into their office and get help immediately. Even if my agent is not available, all of the office staff is more than willing to help me with any questions, concerns, or claims. I also feel like they are more than just am insurance company. Every year on my birthday and my wife’s birthday, we receive a gift certificate to a local restaurant. While it is only a fast food place, it is still nice to know. On holidays we also receive hand written cards thanking us for our business and calendars every new year. I am far more than satisfied with this company, so much so, that even if another company could save me a couple dollars a month I would remain with them.

I have used State Farm as my auto insurance provider for over ten years. In that time I have lived in two states, Mississippi and Florida. While in Mississippi my agent, Stephanie Morrison, was friendly and very knowledgeable about all of State Farm’s available products. I was fortunate to only need to file a claim once while living in Mississippi caused by an accident while returning home from a wedding. The claims group was extremely helpful and I was able to have my car back in less than two weeks (some parts had to be ordered from overseas).

Since moving to Florida two years ago, I have had just as good service with Mike Peters since moving to the New Port Richey area. The only thing that I was discouraged about was that my insurance nearly doubled upon moving to Florida although comparing other rates what State Farm quoted me was still competitively priced. Part of this increase is additional insurance Florida residents cannot opt out of, which in my case adds about $250 each to the two vehicles I currently insure.

Since moving to Florida I was involved in a single-car accident which caused (what I considered) significant damage to one of my vehicles. State Farm claims group was once again fast to respond and found a local repair shop. They fully inspected my vehicle and determined that much of the damage was cosmetic and could be repaired relatively fast. Before allowing me to have the car the repair/body shop also identified a wheel bearing that they determined was damaged during the accident and replaced it without charging me extra and requiring the claim to be restarted.

Would I recommend State Farm insurance to someone looking to change their auto insurance provider? In a heartbeat, but make sure if you’re moving to a new state to understand what additional costs you may incur. This increase was quite a lot more than expected, especially since I was not moving close to a large metro area such as Jacksonville or Miami and was over an hour away from Tampa.

My experience with State Farm’s auto insurance has been very positive. When I needed to purchase auto insurance, they were able to offer me the cheapest quote around and were also able to provide appropriate coverage for the cost. Any time that I have had any questions or concerns, they have been more than happy to help me. I have never been involved in any major accidents, only one very minor fender bender that was not my fault. In fact, it was so minor that I probably did not even need to report it but the car was brand new so I wanted to cover myself. I dealt more with Allstate through that experience because that was the insurer of the man who tapped my rear bumper. I did, however, notify my local State Farm representative just in case they needed to know and they were very helpful. They also offer a variety of payment term options, including monthly and every six months alternatives. I pay for six months at a time because it is most convenient for my plan and personal budget. I am also a member of a household plan, so my parents and siblings also have coverage. They bill separately for each vehicle covered, which I also appreciate since we each pay separately for our own car insurance. I have found them to be very helpful, flexible, and knowledgeable when dealing with them. I plan to stay with them for my auto insurance as long as my plan’s coverage and costs do not change significantly.

I have been with State Farm for car insurance for 20 years and they have never given me any reason to switch to another insurance company.

When I got in an accident when I was 18, they cleared the check to fix my car right away. The auto body shop even lost the check, and they sent out a new one for them right away.

I also got into an accident when I was 21 and they took care of all the hassle of dealing with this mentally unstable older woman I bumped into. She was claiming all sorts of things, but they cleared it up right away.

My insurance rates have never gone up, but have steadily gone down the longer I stay with State Farm. We have used the towing insurance several times for our older cars, and have never had any problems getting reimbursed for towing fees. We have had a few tickets, and a few accidents, but our rates have never gone up. When we figured out that since we very rarely get in accidents and we have older cars, they gave us liability only (plus towing insurance) and now we only pay about $80 a month for two cars worth of car insurance. I’ve never been able to find a lower rate for our vehicles.

The reliable service from State Farm is worth much more than that anyway. Whenever I’ve had to work with another person’s insurance provider because of an accident that was clearly not my fault, I’ve never felt like State Farm abandoned me. They always offer to work with the other insurance if I feel I’m not getting what I need. In general, I can’t imagine ever being as comfortable with another insurance agent as with State Farm.

Me and my wife have had State Farm auto insurance for a few years now and we could not be happier! Their prices were lower than all other providers in our area and they have a local office just a few blocks down the road. Last year my wife hit a deer in her car and we didn’t expect to get much out of it because the car was older. Much to our surprise State Farm paid us about 30% more than the KBB value! It was completely hassle-free; we got a check within a few days and were able to put that into a new car straight away. Some insurance companies we’ve had in the past would take weeks or even months to send out payments or process anything.

Another thing we really like about our insurance is that we can get hands on time with our insurance rep. Whenever we have a problem we can walk right in to their office and speak with a person face to face – something that we weren’t able to do with many other insurance companies. In addition to that our rep is very good at keeping us posted on changes that may affect our insurance and letting us know about other benefits that are available. In short I would highly recommend State Farm to anyone looking for auto insurance as they are top notch in every area from price to service and their reps are extremely helpful and informative whenever you need to see them!

I’ve been with State Farm Insurance since I was 16 years old. That makes almost twenty eight years. That is twenty eight years of excellent customer service. That is twenty eight years of competitive rates. That is twenty eight years of super fast and fair claims handling. Over my twenty eight year driving spell, I have encountered my share of problems.

Accidents, both my own fault as well as not my fault. Vehicle changes. Changes of address. Addition and Deletion of drivers to my policy. Two teen, and now grown, daughters. State Farm has always met all my needs to the highest standard. They provide prompt and courteous customer service, and they always go the extra mile for their customers. I’ve seen it for myself, and I’ve seen them do the same for many others. I’ve had countless opportunities and offers to take my insurance elsewhere. But the fact is, there is no company that I feel as secure with as I do State Farm.

Even when I was working for an independently owned insurance office that wrote for many different agencies, and I had access to all those companies right at my own fingertips, I could not beat the rates that I have with State Farm. They are always there to answer questions in a prompt and efficient manner. They genuinely care about their customers and consistently check to make sure that our insurance needs are being met. When they feel I could make some changes that might benefit me, they let me know. I can trust State Farm to do what is right. For me, and for my family.

When trying to price insurance products I had a difficult time being able to find one that beat State Farm. While their Web site isn’t setup to easily give you an insurance quote online, they are more than happy to help you over the phone. If you are looking for multiple types of insurance products they can offer you better discounts.

The times that I have needed to call in a claim, they were available to me 24/7 and they handled everything! If I don’t want to call an 800-number, I can call my local agent or stop by the office! They do also offer some services through their Web site, including payments, policy changes for already existing policies, printing off your insurance cards, etc.

They don’t offer gimmicky type discounts like a bonus check like some other insurance companies hook you with. They do offer discounts for multi-line policies, safe driving, security features on your vehicle, accident free, and others.

My family has been part of the State Farm family for over 60 years and we have never had a complaint about the service we have received. I have briefly in the past tried those other companies that say they can save you so much money in so many minutes, but they were never able to beat State Farm’s prices or customer service! If you also have teenage drivers in the house they offer discounts to those that take drivers education classes and defensive driving classes.

My wife and I just made the switch to State Farm a little while back. We had been with Geico for a long time. To be completely fair there wasn’t anything wrong with Geico per se, but we are always interested in trying to save money and cut costs.

We decided to do an insurance comparison and see who would give us the best rate. We didn’t use any particular rating site, but asked around and called about seven or eight places and had them give us quotes. They were all pretty similar except State Farm ended up saving us some money from what we were currently paying. Not only did they save us money but they had better options for plans, safe driving discounts, and the smallest deductible. We looked at their reviews online and weren’t surprised that they were mostly positive.

The representative who helped us couldn’t have been nicer. She seemed truly interested in getting us the best rate and going over everything so there were no hidden costs that we weren’t aware of. It was a great experience for something that isn’t ordinarily a pleasant experience. The quality of the service wasn’t the only great part. Their actual policy is well put together and covers all my families needs. I read the pertinent parts and am confident that I’m getting quality insurance at a more than fair price. I couldn’t be happier knowing that I have everything taken care of when I’m driving. It’s a great comfort and peace of mind.

My only problem now is deciding how to spend the extra money I’ll be saving each year!

Before I moved to Washington I had a great experience with State Farm but that has changed. My agent in Washington is horrible. I have never even met her or spoke to her on the phone because she only communicates using her assistants or receptionist. They are hard to contact and refuse to effectively communicate through email which is often easier for me due to my complex and abnormal schedule. At one point in time despite me being up to date on my bills the receptionist had began to text me via her personal cell phone saying that my account was delinquent. I had no idea who was texting me and I had never given them permission to contact my phone via text. Besides this horrible fiasco I had also at numerous times requested having my coverage reduced so that I could afford it they would not let me reduce it and when I asked to suspend it they “forgot” or did not tell me the right thing so I ended up paying for things that I should have never been billed for. It has been a really bad situation. I loved State Farm in Ohio and my family has done business with them for a long time but this Washington Agent is horrible. I have never had to make a claim so I can’t really review that aspect.

Many people do not like their insurance company, but I am not one of those people! I think that my insurance company (State Farm) and my agent do a wonderful job of providing me with affordable and fairly priced coverage, for both home and auto.

A few years ago, I had an accident which totaled my car, and I was expecting the worst. After the claims agent looked at my car, he assured me that everything would be taken care of. Within one week I had a check for my totaled vehicle, and it was for the full amount of what it was worth. Thanks to their prompt and thorough service, I was able to get another car within a week.

About one year ago, my agent called me up to say that they had been reviewing my coverage, and that they thought I might be paying too much. I found this refreshing in this day and age, and the agent and talked for about ten minutes to determine that I WAS paying too much for coverage, as I was not driving as many miles as they thought I was. As a result, I was able to get a refund on my payments from the past year, which came to about $320.

MY insurance agent is also a notary public, and I have had quite a few legal documents notarized for free at her office, which is convenient. I have been with my State Farm agent for twenty-one years now, and would not leave for another agent, or another insurance company unless there was something very persuasive to make me do so. Some companies might have lower rates, but how quickly will they respond to your claim, and how much money will they give you? with State Farm, I am sure they will come through for me when I need it.

I have had State Farm Insurance as my car insurance provider for over 20 years and family members of mine have been members for much much longer. I’ve never had any problems with being reimbursed for tows, accident claims or billing.

There has been a few times where technically State Farm did not have to reimburse me but did so as a courtesy. I have been towed outside of the mileage limit, towed home and towed again to a mechanic. State Farm reimbursed me even though I should of been reimbursed for 1 since it was the for same break down. The thing is I did not even have to beg or plead, they just did it and let me know that in the future that I can only have it towed so many miles and only once. I delivered newspapers for a few years so I had to have my vehicle towed quite a few times, I don’t know what I would of done without State Farm, any other company probably would of cancelled my policy.

Another time I had my windshield shattered while delivering papers and within hours of contacting State Farm my windshield was fixed right in my garage and no out of pocket costs to me. A few years ago I decided to get renters insurance for my rental and the transaction went very smoothly. They answered all my questions and were very detailed about what the policy did and didn’t cover and lined me up with the best policy that fit my current needs.

I have communicated with various employees over the years and they have always been very pleasant, kind, helpful and if busy they actually call you back within a reasonable time frame. I am very happy with them and intend to keep them as my insurance providers forever.

My experience with State Farm has been extremely positive. At just 17 years old, I had my first accident, and it was very severe—my family’s car was nearly totaled. At the scene, I immediately called my agent and he was very helpful. Since this was my first (and last) accident, I had absolutely no idea what to expect. My agent walked my through every step of the way, and was able to help me obtain payment, get a rental car, and have my car fixed in a suitable amount of time. While the accident was slightly traumatizing, my experience with State Farm put me at ease and made it a much more bearable experience.

Since then, I have been in no accidents, but my agent has kept in touch with me. He buys advertisements when I am in competitions and is very supportive. I would recommend not only my agent, but State Farm in general to a friend—especially a young person who has very little experience with cars, insurance, accidents, claims, etc. Although my parents initially decided for me to be insured by State Farm, I know that as an adult, I will continue to purchase my insurance from State Farm, and hopefully maintain the same agent. Although I do not plan in being in any more accidents, I would feel confident knowing that State Farm would assist me with my claims, and improve my overall experience after the accident. I give State Farm a strong endorsement, and would recommend it overall.

I have State Farm Insurance Company. I can truthfully say I love my insurance company. I have an insurance agent, Rick Surina, in Tucson, AZ. The two girls who work in his office, Shannon and Mary Ann, are fantastic. The phone is almost always answered within two rings. The only time it goes to voicemail is when they are closed or everybody is on the phone. This office knows me and my family. I am the third generation to be insured through them. I recently had a windshield claim. The entire claim process was smooth and effortless.

I called the office to report the claim, and Shannon took down my information. She asked me if I had a company I wanted to get my replacement glass through, and I gave her that information. The claim was quickly processed and the glass company called me the same day to set up my appointment for a windshield replacement.

Every time I need something from this office it is as easy as can be. When I called asking for replacement insurance identification cards, I was emailed new cards within minutes. The regular replacement cards came in the mail in just a few days. I always pay my bill over the phone with the office. There is never any trouble. I simply state my name and Shannon or Mary Ann pulls up my account. I give them my payment information, they quickly process the payment, and they email me a receipt within minutes.

I feel my rates are very fair for the amount of coverage I have and the excellent service that is provided by my insurance agent and the staff of his office. I love the flexible payment terms that are offered as well.

State Farm has been my insurance company for the past 13 years. I have no plans on switching companies anytime soon. They have been great, and I have never had any problems with them and can say I have truthfully never had a bad experience with them. I also have a very good, friendly local agent. I’ve had 3 different cars insured through them and I have shopped around for different quotes on coverages by other companies, and although some other companies may be cheaper, I would much rather pay a little more to a company that I’m comfortable with and have peace of mind. They have been one of the top rated insurance companies for years so they must be doing a lot of things right and that’s good enough for me. I’ve only had two claims and the first time when I called, I had no problems and the claim was settled very promptly. The service was great. They were very cooperative and easy to deal with, and they worked well with the auto shop my car was in. One of the only complaints I have is that the other claim took very long to get sorted, and I spent about an hour on the phone telling my side of the story. But in the end I was happy about the results. Overall, if you are looking for great insurance and costumer service for a decent price, I would definitely recommend State Farm.
