They charge for just billing you and i dont believe that is fair. especially 5$ worth of billing. They always change the rate and they dont even know what they are changing it for. they have no idea about what coverage you have or the amounts when you call in you have to go from person to person. and then you wait for over thirty mins. for them to find an answer.
