farm bureau will treat you like family

Farm Bureau is excellent in providing car insurance. They offer so many options, have local offices, and are eager to give discounts for multiple policies-the more you insure the cheaper it becomes to insure everything.

Recently after my husband totaled our car I was worried about how much hassle would be involved. I can say none at all, we filed online over the weekend, was contacted by a claims specialst Monday and had a check deposited in a week. Everyone was friendly; the people on the phone, the office personnel, even the guys they had pick up the car. I was reminded why we chose them in the first place.

After a woman ran a light and struck us we dealt with her insurance, Farm Bureau, and I was very impressed at how smoothly and pleasent the whole experiencs was. It is just a great company with nice people, low prices and I completely recommend Farm Bureau to anyone.

They have been a great company to work with. I have been a customer for over 8 years now and luckily I have never had to file a claim. My representative looks over my policy every year and looks for ways to save money. She makes recommendations for us to save money or the benefits of increased coverage. The best part of this is she does this automatically with out us asking her.

Even when our agent is out of the office or on vacation the other agents in the office try to help us out. They never try to up sell us or try to get us to change coverage. Its nice being able to call a company and not feel like you are going to be pressured to buy something more than what you intended to buy.

I’ve had many insurance companies but Farm bureau by farm provides something the others didn’t, personalized customer service and great prices too!!!
